Maybe I'm the last person in the earth that knowing this solution, my client pc got stuck could not go to registry, since said it lock by the administration, could not open the task manager since it is disable.
The solution is dont run any script to enable it since it cause a virus, this antivirus is come from PC MEDIA. It will clean a lot virus and just look in to and you will found the simple and powerfull of this tools. you could donwload it from on of this source
