If you get this message from your spamd, said that there is an error
spamd: could not create INET socket on 127.0.0.1:783: Address already in use
then all you have to do is set the port with the -p in spamd to other, for example 739 or other which is not use.
If you helios qmail, then go to the qmail/control/scanner and go to [antispam]
the spamc has to be specified to same port as spamd, which is use -p option, for example if you set the spamd -p 739 and then the spamc should be -p 739 too.
